Is the meat fresh or frozen?
All meat ships fresh and chilled in insulated packaging to keep the cold chain. You can freeze it the same day if you prefer.
Can I return a product?
Yes. If something isn't perfect, contact support from the app or email hola@azafaran.es and we'll refund or replace at no cost.
