Delete your Azafaran account
At Azafaran we respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request the deletion of your account and associated data.

To request the deletion of your Azafaran account and associated data, send an email to hola@azafaran.es from the email address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete account". We will process your request within a maximum of 30 days and confirm by email once it has been completed.
Step by step
- Open your email client and send a message to hola@azafaran.es.
- Set the subject to: "Delete account".
- Send it from the same email address you used to register in the app.
- You'll receive an email confirmation once your account and personal data have been deleted.
Data that is deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently remove: your name, email address, phone number, saved delivery addresses, notification preferences, login tokens, ratings and reviews, and survey responses.
Data that is retained
Due to legal and accounting obligations (Spanish General Tax Law and applicable tax regulations), we retain order records and invoices issued in your name for a maximum of 6 years. This data is stored securely, anonymised where possible, and only used to comply with legal obligations or defend against potential claims.
Payments
Azafaran does not store full card details. Payment information is processed by Stripe; see their retention policy at stripe.com/privacy.
Your rights (GDPR)
In addition to deletion, you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, objection, portability and restriction of processing. To do so, write to hola@azafaran.es. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
